Alex
Hermann: Managing Director
As
Managing Director, Alex is responsible for the
overall management of the company with particular
emphasis on technical and support systems, as well
as web systems and managing all hosting
aspects.
His
tasks also include establishing and controlling the
company budget, investigating new strategies to
improve return, increasing membership and ensuring
that a first class support system is kept in place
to provide resource for members and consumers.
Ed
Baxter: Director of Litigation and Compliance,
Local Trader.
Ed
joined Local Trader
in
2001, and as Director of Litigation and Compliance,
Ed oversees and manages the company's litigation
function. In addition Ed is responsible for
designing, developing and implementing company
programmes and policies and ensures that the
company and its service providers meet regulatory
requirements.
